The cut off point for Next day delivery of these products is 16:00pm, any orders placed after this time will go out on the following day for next day delivery. Weekend orders are sent Monday morning. It usually takes 1 working day for items to arrive and will require a signature (*excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays - these do not count as working days days)
Any damaged items must be notified to the customer services team with the consignment number and image of the damage within 24 hours of receipt as we need to communicate this to the carrier within this timescale. If you suspect the goods have been damaged in transit, whether concealed by the packaging materials or not, it is essential that you note and sign for the products as “damaged” when signing the carrier’s proof of delivery. (Signing UNCHECKED is not acceptable.) Unfortunately, we cannot offer any replacements or refunds for damaged goods which have been signed for and accepted as being in good condition by a distributor. All other claims are at our discretion..
Return of Goods are subject to a 10% restocking charge. This is 10% of the value of the Goods returned. The customer shall bear the cost of all transportation costs incurred for the return. This can be via organising their own transport or transportation which is organised by National Autorax.
If National Autorax organises the return transportation the standard collection charges will be as follows: £30.00 on all Goods apart from Modular Racks which will incur a £45.00 collection charge.
