Trukrax Toploader
The Trukrax Toploader ladder rack has been designed to assist users load ladders on and off the top of a high roof van whilst they stand at the side of the vehicle. As standard the system has been designed to enable users to be able to load 2 heavy duty sets of ladders or one upto a weight of 50kgs with the minimum of effort. Designed and manufactured completely by Trukrax, you can rest assured you are buying the best of British from a company that has the ability to respond quickly to your supply requirements.

No need to stand on top of your vehicle to secure ladders
No need to climb a door ladder to secure loads
No need to drill your vehicle to mount additional equipment such as door ladders
Increased fuel economy due to lower weight of system and materials used in manufacture
Gas assisted loading and unloading
Benefits over a rear loading system:
No need to stand at rear of vehicle with back to traffic
Deployed at pavement side of vehicle
No obstruction or rear lights or reflectors
No need to have to put ladders on floor to move vehicle if there is another vehicle parked immediately behind you blocking access to your roof rack
No obstruction of rear doors whilst in use (a colleague could have full unlimited access to the rear of the vehicle without any additional hazards created by a ladder)

Rear Roller
Using a roller to act as a pivot point will reduce the risks associated with loading heavy objects, such as ladders, on to the roof of a vehicle. Designed especially with the service engineer in mind, the roller at the rear of the vehicle can be deployed whilst loading/unloading and is available in a retractable format for vehicles with a tailgate.
Attaches to the rear roof bar of most racking systems allowing easy loading and unloading of roof loads while protecting the back of your vehicle from damage.
The Underslung Drop-Down Ladder
Patent Application No.: P1033GB
Available to suit most TRUKRAX roof rack systems, the Underslung Drop-Down Ladder attaches beneath the main roof bars, keeping it tidily out of the way of any other load. Once parked, the opening mechanism can be released. The ladder slides out and is dropped slowly to the floor, allowing easy loading and unloading of your roof rack.
It's intuitive approach means there is plenty of room to load and unload the roof rack with ease. Simple to fix, with no drilling necessary, the Underslung Drop-Down Ladder is kept secure at all times. Please note, a risk assessment should be carried out taking into account "work at height" regulations before making use of the ladder: we do not recommend using the ladder to access your vehicle roof to walk on.

The Side Loading System
Patent Application No.: P1467GB00
The innovative TRUKRAX Side Loader has proven itself as one of the most unique and intelligent racking systems around. Research conducted by Blue Chip Health and Safety officers in conjuntion with TRUKRAX discovered that most service engineers and light commercial vehicle operators regularly contravene Work At Height and Manual Handling Regulations. In response, TRUKRAX designed and developed the Side Loader.
Available to suit a variety of vehicles, the Side Loader is suitable for use on vehicles with roof heights up to two metres. The Side Loader is sold as an Accessory and will fit any TRUKRAX 2 Bar Kit. The load is secured safely and neatly during transit. Once parked, the locks can be released and the Side Loader is put into action. The load drops safely to the side of the vehicle allowing easy, safe access to the roof rack and convenient loading and unloading.Over the years, TRUKRAX has been able to provide a bespoke solution for many of our customers with regard to designing, developing and manufacturing custom-made products.

Custom-Built Platforms
Over the years, TRUKRAX has been able to provide a bespoke solution for many of our customers with regard to designing, developing and manufacturing custom-made products.
Our Custom-Built Platforms are tailored to client specification and requirements based around our existing tried and tested heavy duty racking systems.
In the majority of cases, our Platforms feature a full banister framework to allow safe use at height and to minimise risk of falling or injury.
In transit, these frames fold down using a series of simple, straight-forward locks and are stored safely and tidily within the Platform itself.
