1. How long will delivery take?

This depends on which delivery option you choose:

Next Working Day:

We make it a customer service priority to deliver to UK mainland by the next working day. However, delivery time will depend on when you place your order:

-  Monday to Thursday before 3pm: next working day
-  Friday before 3pm: the following Monday
-  Weekends: the following Tuesday
-  Bank Holidays: allow two working days.

Unfortunately, although we try our utmost to make sure our products reach you as fast as possible, delivery dates and times can not be guaranteed.

Free 3 Day Delivery *

As the name suggests, this option can take up to 3 working days for delivery. If your order is urgent, then we suggest you use the next working day service.

2. How much does next day delivery cost?

Delivery charges are based on weight so vary from order to order. You will be quoted an exact price for delivery when you add items to your shopping basket.*

* Note: Additional shipping costs may be applied on deliveries to Scottish highland areas.

3. Do you offer alternative delivery methods?

Yes, either next working day, or a free 3 day service.

4. Do you offer a fitting service?

Yes, we can arrange for one of our authorised fitters to professionally fit your equipment for you. This can be done at a specialist fitting centre, or we can arrange for it to be done at a location of your choice.

5. Can I collect my order?

Yes, it would be great to meet you - please call and collect at our factory in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Our full address can be found on our contact us page.

6. Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, but it depends on the order. Please Contact Us to arrange delivery outside the UK.

7. My vehicle isn't listed on your website, can I still get a product for it?

We do not list every single product we offer on our website. We are also continually sourcing new products, so there is a possibility that we may be able to supply the requested product for your vehicle. Please Contact Us for more information.

8. Are products guaranteed?

SteelLine Lifetime Guarantee

All National Autorax ‘Steel Line’ products come with an automatic lifetime guarantee.

This means that products are guaranteed to be free from defect for the lifetime of ownership of the product whilst they are fitted to the vehicle they were originally purchased for.

‘Normal’ wear & tear and light corrosion due to weathering will be deemed acceptable.

Products must have been fitted in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, not been damaged, misused or overloaded.

In the event of a claim being made, National Autorax will investigate and decide upon the best course of action, which may be to refund or replace the affected products.

The lifetime warranty is personal and not transferable and applies exclusively to a new product bought directly from National Autorax or one of its authorised dealers.

Free Returns Policy

Operate a ‘no quibble’ free returns policy so a customer can return an item to us for a full refund within 365 days of purchase as long as:

  1. Goods are in A1 condition as you received them and have not been fitted or used.

  2. Goods are returned in their original packaging and are received by us in as new condition and not damaged.
Non Steel-Line products generally come with a manufacturers warranty, please contact us for more info.

9. Can I pay by cheque?

Unfortunately we do not offer that method of payment through our website.
