1. How long will delivery take?
This depends on which delivery option you choose:
Next Working Day:
We make it a customer service priority to deliver to UK mainland by the next working day. However, delivery time will depend on when you place your order:
- Monday to Thursday before 3pm: next working day
- Friday before 3pm: the following Monday
- Weekends: the following Tuesday
- Bank Holidays: allow two working days.
Unfortunately, although we try our utmost to make sure our products reach you as fast as possible, delivery times can not be guaranteed.
Free 3 Day Delivery
As the name suggests, this option can take up to 3 working days for delivery. If your order is urgent, then we suggest you use the next working day service.
2. How much does next day delivery cost?
Delivery charges are based on weight so vary from order to order. As a general rule, most Roof Bar Kits cost around £15 + VAT for next day delivery. You will be quoted an exact price for delivery when you add items to your shopping basket.
3. Do you offer alternative delivery methods?
Yes, either next working day, or a free 3 day service.
Customers may collect orders from our Sales Office in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, weekdays before 4pm. Our address is available on the Contact Us page. If ordering on the website, please select 'collecting' from the drop down menu on the shopping basket.
5. Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, but it depends on the order. Please Contact Us to arrange delivery outside the UK.
6. My vehicle isn't listed on your website, can I still get a roof rack for it?
We do not list every single product we manufacture on our website. We are also continually designing and developing new products, so there is a possibility that the roof rack for your vehicle is still being developed. A bespoke solution may also be available. Please Contact Us for more information.
7. How long will a Trukrax roof rack last?
This depends on how much use it gets what environment is predominately used in, but all of our racking products are manufactured throughout using heavy duty materials, then surface treated by specialists and sensibly constructed to take the worst of both knocks and extremes of weather. Our products are designed to outlive the general service life of the vehicles to which they are fitted by the thousand.
8. I have a large order for a fleet of vehicles, can you meet my demands?
As one of the UK's few roof rack companies that designs, manufactures and sells completely in-house, we can supply the solutions to meet the needs of the fleet operator.
If it is a particularly large order, we recommend that you Contact Us so that we can set an account up for you and satisfy your order successfully, you may even be entitled to a discount.
9. Can I order replacement parts for an old roof rack?
This depends on the age and type of roof rack you own. We currently do not offer the facility to order parts on our website but if you Contact Us we can probably supply the parts you require.
10. Will your roof racks fit any vehicle?
Generally, no. Each vehicle has different fixing points or mounting methods that require a different product. This varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, model to model and even within different specifications of vehicle model.
However, we have extensive knowledge of what each vehicle requires and can provide a roof rack or pipe carrier for nearly every light commercial vehicle on the market.
Unfortunately we do not offer that method of payment through our website. Please Contact Us to place an order using a cheque, but please be aware that this will incur an additional wait to allow time for the cheque to clear before goods can be despatched.
